Founded in 2004, JTL Landscaping, LLC started with one machine and four employees. We began our journey in the construction business by fixing jobs that were completed by other contractors which customers were not satisfied with. That’s what makes us stand above the competition. We complete every job with impeccably finished details, and if it is not to the customer’s satisfaction, we make it right.

From day one, our number one goal has been our customer’s satisfaction. In our years in the construction industry, we have accumulated a wide variety of heavy equipment to handle the needs of even the most demanding projects.

With access to this equipment, no job is too big or too small for JTL Landscaping, LLC. In addition, our cost is minimized due to our ability to haul our own equipment and material. Ultimately, this leads to a lower cost for our customers.

We have a very low turnover rate of employees, so you will see the same smiling faces throughout all of our jobs. This saves the customers time because there won’t be a need for any additional explanations to new employees on what the customer is expecting of us. All our employees that are on job sites have completed the OSHA 10 and comply with all safety standards set forth. In addition to this all our Forman’s and project managers are affiliated with the Local 513 Operators Union. Along with completing MoDOT’s Consent Decree/ Land Disturbance training.

Lastly, all JTL Landscaping, LLC employees (Laborer’s, Equipment Operators, Drivers and even the owner) are required by us to participate in a drug and alcohol program. There is no tolerance for drug or alcohol use in our company and there are no exceptions.

As a customer, one important point to inquire about when you are looking for in a contractor is one that is often forgotten. Many companies in our field do not invest in Worker’s Compensation insurance. This can be crucial if someone gets hurt while working on a job for you. JTL Landscaping, LLC, however, does provide Worker’s Compensation insurance on all of our employees to ensure that you as a customer will never be affected by job injuries. With that said, we do have frequent safety meetings as well as safety plans in place to prevent any such injuries from happening.
